We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This website does not use newsletters, web analytics or advertising tracking. We therefore only collect the data that is necessary to operate the website and to answer your enquiries.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by internex GmbH, Lagerstraße 15, 3950 Gmünd, Austria (company register number 342171v, VAT ID ATU65604535). Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser:
  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • page or file accessed
  • previously visited page (referrer URL)
  • browser and operating system used
Purpose: technically error-free display and security of the website, for example to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us using our contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are stored in our website database and forwarded to us by email. To protect against spam, the form uses an invisible check field and a security token; no third-party services are involved.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or an order, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry).
Storage period: until your enquiry has been fully processed. Beyond that, we retain business correspondence for as long as required by statutory retention obligations (generally 7 years pursuant to Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and Section 212 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)).

Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process your order, for example to forwarding agents, or is required by law.
